Terms of use

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Slow Sets app. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement wins.

Not medical advice

Slow Sets shows exercises, demonstrations and answers to your questions as general information. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. Talk to a doctor before you start a new training program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Train at your own risk

You choose your exercises, weights and equipment. Warm up, use equipment safely and stay within what your body can handle. To the extent the law allows, Slow Sets is not responsible for injury or damage that comes from your training.

Answers can be wrong

Answers to your questions are written by an AI model. They can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on them for medical decisions.

Your data

How the app handles your data is explained in the privacy policy. If iCloud sync is off, your workouts exist only on your iPhone, and deleting the app deletes them.

The app

The app is provided as is. We may update it, change features or stop offering some of them. The app and its content, including the 3D demonstrations, belong to Slow Sets. Don't copy, resell or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Slow Sets is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update them here and in the app and change the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
